How do I change the picture car color of the sedan without deleting those cool picture textures on the sides and bumpers and grill? I notice there is a "wardrobe" that comes with the car in the "car" folder. Can I access those side door and grill and bumper textures somehow to change their color and then give them a different name to be able to apply it to the sedan for a new color?

Use the TINT options in the Green room. It's a set of sliders under the apply textures button that allow you to tint an existing texture with another color.
