Saving a character?

Postby buijon » Wed Jul 11, 2007 3:55 pm

Is there a way to save your characters? So later when I make new scenes I just drop them in it when they are in it again? I also created a character and want to take him out of scene 1 and put him in scene 2...but if i delete him from scene 1 he vanishes from the 'select by names' menu....isn`t there a character pallete to store characters you make?

Yes, there is. Take the character to the Green Room, click the Colors/Textures/State tab, and click the Store as Virtual Object button.

Alternatively, if you just want to move a character from one scene to another on a one shot basis, you can use copy and paste.
