Can't change hair length

I am trying to change the hair length of an actor in the Green Room.

1. I click on Colors, Textures & State.
2. In the menu next to Part Name, I bring up hair.
3. I click on Apply Texture.
4. Click on Long, Flowing, then the color black.
5. The hair length of the actor doesn't change. It's still shoulder length, which is the longest option available in the Actor's "Look" hair menu. There is no Long, Flowing choice there.

What do I need to do to make the actor's hair longer? I am working on a PC.

In graphics software lingo, a "texture" is not a shape, but an image that can be painted on to a shape. For example, you can use a texture to make the ground look like grass, sand, etc., but it's really still flat.

Normally, our actors don't have hair options other than shoulder length. To get the long flowing option, you would need to install the World Clothing expansion pack.

I am in the World Clothing expansion pack now and see what you mean. There is the choice of long flowing hair added, but it seems like I am limited to the clothes of each culture. I want one of my characters, who will be wearing a t-shirt and jeans, to have long black hair. Is it possible to do this?

I think that should be possible even with the standard woman, so long as the World Clothing pack is installed. You don't see "flowing, long" under "hair"?

It's possible that you got an early version of the World Clothing pack, and it was fixed later. If you can find your world clothing pack, did the file name end in .cpack or .cpack3?

Actually, I don't see the World Expansion pack on my computer when I do a search, though I did install it, and it's in the FrameForge program. The other expansion packs however are .cpack.

I opened FF. I now see "flowing, long" under hair. I didn't see it before when I posted the original message. It was 2am when I wrote it though, and I remember being very tired. So, I guess I overlooked it. I know now to wait until the next day when I'm more alert to make sure there's an issue before I post here.
