Importing a script in Telugu (Indian Language)

I have written a script in Telugu (Indian Language) using celtx software and exported the script as a text file. The text files shows the telugu language. But when exported to frameforge, i am not getting the telugu language in it. Please help if anything can be done.
I tried to add my exported script file here as an attachment. But this post is not accepting text attachment.

What's the character encoding of the file: UTF-8, UTF-16, etc.?
