3d problem

Hi,
I tried to add some stereographic frames on my work but the program replyed me that I have not a powerful computer and the 3d can't work. Why?? I bought my notebook 2-3 months ago (i7, radeon hd 1gb ram, 6gb ddr3 ecc) and I think could easly work stereographic frames...Help me thanks.

You should run the program update to get the latest version because there was an earlier issue when a computer had two graphics cards, a built-in intel HD graphics (which is pretty wretched) and also a high end card, the program was only seeing the built-in Intel card.

This has been corrected in the current version.

If this does not solve your problem, please contact support directly as they will have to work with you to determine what is going on with your computer.
