Using Room Builder

Created a cool set you want to share? Or perhaps you've made a great floor texture you think other people might want. Well this is the place to put them!

Using Room Builder

Postby leekemp » Wed May 30, 2012 3:20 pm

Hi,

I'm using this software for the second time and i'm trying to build a farm set from scratch. I've built a wall around the set using room builder and it appears on the set just fine. However, I want to build more bespoke rooms/buidings using room builder (which the manual states is possible) but every time I go back into room builder the wall is still there.

Is it possible to start a new building in Room Builder?

Cheers,

Lee

I'm not sure I understand why you wouldn't expect the wall to still be there, if you haven't removed it. That's helpful if you decide to change the length of a wall or add a door or something. You can of course add more walls and rooms to what you already have.

There's also the option of starting a new set.

simply drag a new wall out if you want a separate one,

if you want to build an adjacent room its exactly the same just simply start dragging from the wall you previously built, then add a door. dimensions for everything can be adjusted at the bottom of the room builder.
