Poses and Relationships

Postby onebadappel » Tue May 27, 2008 10:15 pm

Was wondering whether there are any plans to have packs of poses and relationships that will be available? Posing the characters, setting up the relationship is what seems to absorb at least 50% of my time in FF, and if it were possible to simply select from a much greater variety of poses and relationships than are available, it would be so much easier to storyboard my films.

Thanks,

Bill

We didn't have any specific plans on that direction, but you've opened the can of worms so we'll discuss it.

As someone else who also spends more time posing than storyboarding, I too would welcome an expansion pack of additional poses. To accelerate development you could ask users to share their previously created poses. I know many users already do this in the poses forums, but there's nothing like the power of a personal invitation to stimulate a response.
