objects wrongly judged as having 0 distance from the camera

Postby treehaus1 » Sat Apr 30, 2011 3:16 pm

Hallo People,
Has anyone else had this problem? : in the stereo manual mode the "distance to obj. under mouse" reads zero when the object is obviously 50cm or more from the camera.

In the RigSolver mode the program is then unable to set the rig correctly.

I uploaded my previz and c-pack to the server in case anyone from the home team is listening in. I'd be very grateful for any tips.

Best,

Simon

I can duplicate the problem, but I don't have an immediate cure. I'll take a look when I get back to work on Monday.

It looks like this only happens on Macs with ATI/AMD video cards, so it's probably a driver bug. I'll continue to investigate.

I've just posted an update of FrameForge for Mac, version 3.2.6.3, that I believe will fix this problem for you. Let me know that solves it.
