Program freezes when I click on 'express'

Hi,
I'm running the latest version of FrameForge Pro (v3.3.7) and whenever I click on the 'express' icon to the left of an actor, the program freezes - all the other icons work fine with their respective windows opening. I have tried several different actors with the same result. I have started a new location with only one actor to see whether this made any difference but alas it is still the same

My system specs are as follows....

Vista Home Premium with SP2 installed
3Gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce 9500 GS graphics card with latest driver

I'm wondering whether it is really freezing or if the Expression Dialog might not be appearing on a second monitor, off-screen or something of the like. When it "freezes" does pressing the ESC key "unfreeze" it? If so then it is one of the above problems, if not then it's probably something else.

Is this new behavior or has it always been like this? Have you recently upgraded the program or any operating system/driver files?

Does it "freeze" if you mouse down and drag on the Expression Orb rather than clicking?

Thanks for the quick response, it's much appreciated.

I tried clicking on the 'express' icon and again everything froze, so I then hit the 'esc' key and voila, it now works. The strange thing is that now whenever I restart the program everything works as normal with the expressions menu opening as soon as I click on the icon - no freezing at all - work that one out !

I only have one monitor so that shouldn't have been the problem.

Just glad that it's all now working fine.

Okay, I think I've figured it out.

When you clicked the Expression Orb, that the program was not actually freezing, but was instead displaying the Expression Dialog somewhere you couldn't see it, and it was waiting for you to close the dialog before you could do anything else.

By pressing ESC, you canceled the dialog and this appears to have reset the dialog's position or visibility. I'm still not sure how the dialog into this "invisible" state but I'm glad it appears to be working.
