HTML Templates?

Postby Alan Mills » Mon Oct 24, 2005 9:34 am

Hi. Newcomer to this great tool and loving it. It;s making life lots easier than handdrawing.

What I would like to see so someone please direct me the way if it;s already there and I've missed it, is to be able to change the HTML layout of the exported frames.

By that I mean I'd like to build my own HTML page with placeholder for the relative key items and have the export tool simply perform the substitutions for me. It will enable to to more easily incorporate the generated web pages into my own web site(s).

That's an interesting thought. It's not currently possible but I don't see why we couldn't incorporate that in the future...

This feature is really important for me too. As a graphic designer, it's pretty difficult to present such "basics" pages.
Presentaion make it all, especially when you need a full supportive team.

Check Rapidweaver : the way you handle theme is just amazing (and the interface design is pretty nice too).

Hi there

(First post!)
I agree with Aldo. The defualt HTML pages which are exported are OK, but I'd like to have full control over the layout, CSS, etc. At the very least, maybe you can give us a "header" and "footer" area?

Thanks
Jason
