Offloading a cutter ship at sea, in the evening.

This is using a free cutter ship and dories, otherwise all FF stuff. Note that for evening shots, I have found that turning down both the key and set light helps create an appropriate mood, especially against a proper backdrop.

That is so cool also. I see what you are saying about the tone by turning the lighting down. I dont use that very much, i think i will start.

Is that the ship i sent you? Have you used the one i sent?

Thanks so kindly for the compliments~

Z, that is actually not the ship you sent me -- however, I intend to replace this one with the one you sent. Yours is much, much better suited, as the sails were rolled up, which makes better sense for this scene. The problem I had was that it contained too many polygons, but I'm in the process of knocking out some excess detail, so that it's easier to use.

And yes -- knocking down the lighting really helps a lot with many shots, I've found.

Again, thank you!
