Can FrameForge 3D quickly "copy" other film shots?

Postby mugener » Wed Dec 05, 2007 12:54 am

When I am watching an film, anime or etc. on DVD,
I often find some shots I like and want to "copy" them.

Can I play the DVD on the PC and at the same time use FrameForge 3D
to quickly "emulate" the camera movement, object location and timing on those shots?

Is it possible for FrameForge 3D to do this "copy" job quickly and effectively?

I want to have an shot DataBase took from my favor works
so that I can use them in the future.

Are you asking if it has some automatic functionality to do this or are you asking if it's easy to do? If the former, then no, there's no "copy" function in the program that could analyze video and replicate it in a 3D set; if you're asking the latter then yes, mimicking a camera movement in the program is fairly easy and fast.

The latter "easy to do" is good enough for me. :)

There's another question pop up from my head :

When you build an database by collecting various shots from your favor works,
Is there an "random combination" function to let computer ramdomly
choose shots from the database and then combine them into an sequences?

I know it sound no sense, but hey, when you sometimes need new ideas,
watch those "no sense" sequences may give you advices on what to take
you own shots.

Can FrameForge 3D do something like that?
