Question: How to Scroll/Move the Blueprint

Answer:

1. Click one of the movement triangles.
2. For smaller movements, hold down the Ctrl/Command key before clicking.
3. For larger movements, click and hold a triangle until the multi-throttle button appears.  Drag the button up/down or left/right to shift the view of the set accordingly.
