Sending Files to FrameForge Previz
Studio Technical Support

In order to send a FrameForge Previz Studio file to technical support, you need to post it to our anonymous FTP server at:

ftp://ftp.frameforge3d.com/incoming

This is a write-only directory so only tech support would be able to access your files, not other FrameForge users.

If you have your own FTP program you should feel free to use it otherwise,

To Upload a file on a Windows Machine

The easiest way to upload a file is by using Microsoft Explorer, click on the link above and then simply drag the file you want to upload onto the browser window.  If that doesn't work then you can download our custom FTP program from:

http://www.frameforge3d.com/support/file_uploader.zip

You should then unzip it and run it.  Then simply drag the file onto the file list and click the program's START button.  If that doesn't work due to firewall or other reasons, then you can use the Last Resort Uploading form at the end of this page

To Upload a file on a Macintosh Machine

There no longer seem to be any commonly available Macintosh web browsers that support FTP uploading. There are some specialized FTP programs, but if you don't have one, you can download our custom FTP program from:

http://www.frameforge3d.com/support/dropupload_to_frameforge.zip

You should then unzip it. Then simply drag the file onto the "DropUpload to FrameForge" program icon. If that doesn't work due to firewall or other reasons, then you can use the Last Resort Uploading form at the end of this page

Last Resort Uploading

Use this form at the request of our technical support department.

Note: If you are uploading a large file, or have a slow connection to the Internet, then your web browser may sit for a long time without indication of progress after you click the Upload File button. This is normal, though unfortunate.
